      CellVio Testing Services

      CellVio Biomedical provides fast, efficient COVID-19 testing using FDA-Approved PCR technology. We can test hundreds of samples a day, reporting 95% of the results after 24 hours. Our one-step PCR test (Polymerase Chain Reaction) and Rapid Antigen tests are diagnostic tests that we use medical-grade devices for.

      Please schedule a time for your COVID test. We will bill your insurance. You should receive results within 24-48 hours of the samples arriving at the lab. Please have your insurance card ready to complete your profile.

      Note: we use a gentle shallow nasal swab to collect all specimens.


      • Clinic testing: drive-up to our clinic at your appointment time and follow the signs. We’ll be right out to collect your sample while you sit in your car or come into our clinic and follow signs to the collection station
      • On-site testing: arrive at the on-site testing location anytime during the testing window
      • Please bring your QR code with you on your phone
      • All results will be available through the Intend PHD portal – you’ll receive an email and text message when they’re ready

      What forms of payment do you accept?

      We accept cash, checks, credit or debit card for payment.

      Do you take insurance?

      Yes, we take PPOs, some HMOs and Medicare plans.

      What is my copay going to be?

      Your copay depends on your insurance coverage. You can contact your insurance company to get the exact cost.

      What if I forgot to bring my insurance card when I come to the clinic?

      If you don’t have your insurance card or information when you come into Cellvio Biomedical, you may use our credit card form at time of registration. If you provide us with your insurance information within 48 hours, we can issue you a refund.

      How do you handle payment without insurance?

      Cellvio services are affordable for those paying without insurance or may be covered by the US Government for Covid-19 related tests.  Full payment is due at the time of service.

      Why do I owe a balance for my visit?

      While your insurance company may cover your visit, if they don’t consider us In-Network, you may still have a balance due after your insurance company pays the Out-Of-Network charges for your visit. Contact your insurance company before coming in, to find out whether Cellvio is in or out of network for your plan. We can also help you with this.

      Why is there a separate bill from an outside lab?

      While Cellvio has an on-site lab, there are some tests and screenings we may need to send out to other labs for processing. Those labs have costs that they charge for specific tests.
